Requirement & Job Description :
1. Age maximum 35 years old
2. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree of Psychology, Management or similar
3. Responsible for HR management and development
4. Performing updates, monitoring, on on-boarding HRD
5. Prepare work agreements and employee contracts and update the validity period of work contracts
6. Perform the employee recruitment process (from start to finish)
7. Carrying out the Training Development process (compiling the TNA, adjusting the schedule, to evaluating after training)
8. Carry out the Performance Evaluation process and employee appraisals
9. Assisting superiors in conducting the counseling process with employees
