Project Manager

Job Requirements :
- Plan All Construction operations & schedulle intermediate phases to ensure deadlines will be met
- Delevop a detailed project plan to track progress (timeframe project)
- Monitor & report a project progress
- Coordinating internal resources & vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensuring that all project are delivered on time, within scope & budget
- Perform risk management to minimize project risk
- Measure project performance using appropriate system, tools, and technique
- Evaluate and assess result of projects

Job Requirements :
- Candidate must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Civil) or equivalent.
- At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field
as Manager/Asst. Manager
- Critical thinking & problem solving
- Excellent organizational & time management skills
- Able to making bill of quantity (BoQ)
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Familiarity with quality & safety standard
- Budget management experience
- Ability to handle high pressure situations
