1. "ASSISTANT SITAC MANAGER"
JOB QUALIFICATION :
FORMAL EDUCATION I BACKGROUND
Min. Bachelor  degree  of Engineering  or Commerce
EXPERIENCE
At least 3 years of experience in the related field
KNOWLEDGE
-      Market development   and Site Acquisition
-      Reality Market and  Relationships  with Builders
SKILLS
-        Relationships     with    Building    Developers,     Building    Management, Community   (RTs/RWs)  and Government  officials  for faster  and compliant  site and building and   site acquisition 
-        Negotiation,     Lobbying,     Persuading     &   Target    Based,    Achievement     along with   Team    based  achievement.  Candidate    should   be  already   doing   this   activity   in   Indonesia   for  similar   type   of companies  and has extremely  good relationships  with developers  and  RT/RWs

-       Project  Management
-       Reporting
-       Creative  & Proactive

2."SITAC MANAGER"
JOB QUALIFICATION :

•S1/D3  degree major in Computer/Informatics/Telecommunication
•Good personal communication skill
•Able communicate in English (Read, Written and Oral)
•Able to work independently as well as a team
•Good spirit to work and achieve target.
•Good working knowledge of computer application

Specific Qualification
Good knowledge and familiar with :
•Operating System : Unix/Linux, Windows
•Database : Oracle, SQL Data Base Oracle,
•Programming : PL/SQL,  C, Java , Web Programming
•Programming SheelScript and Perl

4. “ SOA DEVELOPER “
JOB QUALIFICATION :

General Qualification
